⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at Leggat Kia was a positive one, and we truly appreciate the way we were treated. Walking in, we initially felt a little uncomfortable, but the sales manager made us feel welcome and treated us with respect, without any prejudice or judgment. That meant a lot to us. Although we didn’t make a purchase that day, it wasn’t because of the service we received. Due to our own circumstances, we’ve decided to take a few months, be patient, and make sure we’re in the right position before rushing into something new. Sometimes waiting a little longer means being able to get something bigger, better, and more suited to our needs without the added financial stress. We genuinely appreciate the professionalism and understanding we experienced at Leggat Kia, and we will 1000% be back when the time is right! Thank you for making what could have been an uncomfortable experience into one that left us feeling respected and welcomed. Matt DiBenedetto took care of our needs from start to finish. When I inquired about details specific to the vehicle we purchased, he was aware of specific details and was able to honestly advise in all matters. When I pressed for a better price he was able to find a common ground we were all happy with. Can't say enough about Matt's honesty and integrity. Will recommend to anyone I know who is interested!

Leggat Kia in Burlington is where I take my car for regular maintenance and the Manager, service staff and mechanics are lovely to deal with, I want to thank Thomas the driver for the shuttle service dropping me home and picking me up when when my car is ready! 10/10

After having nothing but repeated awful experiences with the Hamilton Kia service department I brought my car to this location. I could not believe the difference !!!! I was treated like I mattered and with respect. I was kept in the loop with my repairs and they were done properly!!! Celeste was absolutely amazing !!! Excellent communication and very kind. Celeste is very genuine, honest and restored my faith in Kia after so many bad experiences in Hamilton. Everyone I dealt with there was fantastic ! Thank You !!!
