I just wanted to let you know how amazing your service person was when I was in on Wednesday. I brought my parents Soul in to get tires changed and an oil change. I was very flustered as my father had just had surgery to fix a broken leg, isolated at the hospital and my mom is isolated in their retirement home. Your service person was so kind and caring. She made the whole experience so easy and calm. I was so appreciative of her professionalism and easy manner, it made my day. In this time of uncertainty it was so nice to come across humanity, getting tires changed!
